Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed before 7am are dispatched the same-day. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day.

Standard shipping normally takes 1-2 working days.

Delivery to some parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight may incur a delivery charge and delivery may be delayed by a few days.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout or via email).

Note: working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public & bank holidays.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. We have shipped to over 20 countries & counting!

Many of our products can be purchased directly through our website.

However, if at checkout you are unable to proceed with your order, please contact us with your full shipping address and the item(s) you would like to order so we can provide you with a shipping quote.

Do you offer a collection service?

Unfortunately we currently do not offer a collection service. However, we are working on facilitating this, watch this space!

When will I receive my pre-order?

Some of our products are available for pre-order if they are currently out of stock.

Pre-ordered items will be cleared labelled on the product page with an estimated delivery date. Please note, some pre-orders may arrive earlier or later than the scheduled date.

If your pre-order will arrive significantly later than estimated date, we will be in touch to inform you of the new estimated delivery date.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

How do I return a product?

Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivery date, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be uninstalled/unused, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from when we receive the item(s).

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What payment method do you accept?

We accept most payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BACs and more. You can see all the accepted payment methods by scrolling to the bottom of the page.

Our payment gateway is PCI compliant making it safe and secure.

Why has my payment failed?

Our payment gateway uses industry standard checks to ensure transactions are safe & secure.

Payment transactions can fail for various reasons, the most common issue is, entering the incorrect billing information at checkout.

Your bank will automatically make a pre-authorisation payment to ensure your billing information is correct and that you have the required funds to complete the transaction. However, if your order was unsuccessful, the pending amount will be reversed automatically by your bank within 3-5 working days. Once the pending amount has been reversed, feel free to purchase your order again.

Please ensure your full billing address including postcode matches the registered address linked to your bank account/credit card.

If the correct billing address is being entered, please try again with another payment card. If this is unsuccessful, please get in touch with us and we can offer an alternative payment method.

My order was unsuccessful, why have I still been charged?

Your bank will automatically make a pre-authorisation payment to ensure your billing information is correct and that you have the required funds to complete the transaction. However, if your order was unsuccessful, the pending amount will be reversed automatically by your bank within 3-5 working days. Once the pending amount has been reversed, feel free to purchase your order again.

Do you offer a fitting service?

Yes, we offer fitting services at our unit in Tottenham, London.

A payment of £25 will be taken to secure your booking. The outstanding amount will be payable in-person after the completion of your installation.

As we are an online store we are open 24/7, 365 days a year! You can shop for mods whenever your heart desires.
