Terms and Conditions for Car Styling Parts Fitting/Installation

 

1. Scope of Services:

1.1 Carbon Accents agrees to provide car styling parts installation services to the customer as per the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Customer Responsibilities:

2.1 The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the vehicle, including make, model, and any modifications that may impact the installation process.

2.2 The customer must ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition and inform Carbon Accents of any pre-existing issues that may affect the installation.

3. Installation Process:

3.1 Carbon Accents will perform the installation with due care and in accordance with industry standards.

3.2 The customer acknowledges that slight variations in the fitment of car styling parts may occur due to the aftermarket nature of these parts and the unique characteristics of each vehicle.

4. Warranty:

4.1 Carbon Accents provides a limited warranty on the installation services performed. The warranty period and terms are outlined in a separate warranty document provided to the customer.

4.2 The warranty is void if the car styling parts are modified, adjusted, or removed by anyone other than Carbon Accents.

5. Liability:

5.1 Carbon Accents is not liable for any damage or issues arising from pre-existing conditions or undisclosed modifications to the vehicle.

5.2 The customer acknowledges that certain car styling parts may not be street-legal and is responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

6. Indemnification:

6.1 The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Carbon Accents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the installation services or the use of car styling parts or any damages/faults arising from installation.

7. Payment:

7.1 Payment for the installation services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7.2 Failure to make payment may result in the withholding of the vehicle until payment is received.

8. Termination:

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement.

9. Governing Law:

9.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

10. Miscellaneous:

10.1 Any modifications to this agreement must be in writing and agreed upon by both parties.

10.2 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Carbon Accents and the customer regarding the installation services.
